The first track — “My Name is Barbara” — is spelled correctly because it was part of Leonard Bernstein’s 1943 cycle I Hate Music: A Cycle of Five Kids Songs for Soprano and Piano and not written specifically for Barbra.
My Name is Barbra won a Grammy Award for Best Female Vocal Performance, and the album cover photo was taken by Barbra’s brother, Sheldon.
